Capacity to contract

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be acting under duress, under the influence of a substance that impairs your judgement, or at the direction of another person. Gambling under duress or compulsion is not a valid basis for any subsequent dispute.

Accuracy of information

All information you provide must be truthful. Account security

Inactive accounts

An account is considered inactive if it has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months. tala77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant balances after notifying you through your registered contact details. Any remaining positive balance can be reclaimed by reactivating your account and contacting support.

tala77 supports the following Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank and eligible Visa and Mastercard cards. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Currency conversion is not supported.

Payment account ownership

You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from a payment account belonging to another person is prohibited. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account in the same name as the registered tala77 account. This rule exists to prevent fraud and money laundering and is non-negotiable regardless of circumstance.

Minimum transactions

Wagering requirements

Most bonus credits at tala77 carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Attempting to withdraw before the requirement is met will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated pending winnings.

Bonus eligibility

Welcome bonuses are available to new members on their first qualifying deposit only. Existing members who create additional accounts to claim new member offers are in violation of these Terms. Such accounts will be suspended and all bonus credit voided. Cashback and reload offers have specific qualifying conditions including minimum activity thresholds and eligible deposit amounts, which are stated in each offer.

Bonus abuse

tala77 monitors promotional activity for patterns consistent with abuse, including matched betting using bonus credit, systematic exploitation of specific game mechanics in combination with bonus terms, use of multiple accounts or coordinated play across accounts. Where abuse is detected, tala77 reserves the right to void all bonus credits, void winnings generated from bonus play and suspend or close the involved accounts.

Promotion expiry

All promotions and bonus credits have an expiry date. Unexpired bonus credit is forfeited if the account is closed or suspended. Unused promotion windows cannot be reinstated after expiry regardless of the reason for non-use.

All games and betting markets on the tala77 Platform operate according to the rules specified within each game or betting section. These rules govern accepted bet types, settlement procedures, payout structures and dispute processes for specific products.

Bet acceptance

tala77 reserves the right to decline any bet or wager at its discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after the official start of an event, bets placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error in the odds system, or bets that exceed the maximum stake permitted on a specific market.

Manifest errors

If an incorrect price, payout or result is displayed due to a technical error, tala77 reserves the right to void the affected bets and either refund stakes or recalculate at the correct values. A manifest error includes any odds or result that a reasonable person would have recognised as clearly wrong at the time the bet was placed.

Result finality

For sports and boxing betting, settlements are based on official results as announced by the relevant governing body. Subsequent appeals, official reviews or result reversals may or may not trigger bet resettlement depending on the time elapsed and tala77's published settlement rules for that sport. For casino games, the outcome displayed on screen at the conclusion of a round is final. No claims based on alleged discrepancies between the displayed result and a player's personal record are accepted after a round has settled.

Event cancellations

If a scheduled sporting event or boxing bout is cancelled or abandoned before the point at which bets would normally settle, tala77 will void the affected wagers and return stakes to the relevant accounts. If a fight is postponed and rescheduled within a period specified in the market rules, accepted bets may stand until the rescheduled date depending on the product-specific rules.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the tala77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

tala77 uses monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with the above behaviours. Detection does not require a formal complaint — tala77 may act on internally generated data at any time.

tala77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without advance notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

Breach of Terms

The member has violated any provision of these Terms, the Privacy Policy or any specific game or promotion rule.

Fraud or suspicious activity

The account is associated with suspected fraudulent behaviour, identity fraud, payment fraud or money laundering patterns.

Eligibility failure

The member does not meet the age or jurisdictional eligibility requirements, or has provided false information that affects their eligibility.

Regulatory requirement

A regulatory body, payment processor or legal authority requires tala77 to restrict or close the account.

Self-exclusion request

The member has requested self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting support directly.

Upon closure due to a verified breach, tala77 may retain any bonus credit and winnings derived from it. Deposited funds that are not associated with the breach are returned to the member's registered payment account after verification. Where a closure follows a self-exclusion request, no retention fees apply and available balances are returned subject to the standard withdrawal process.

All content on the tala77 Platform — including but not limited to the tala77 name, logo, design, text, graphics, software, game content, promotional material and any other creative or technical elements — is the intellectual property of tala77 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any tala77 content without prior written authorisation. Scraping content, republishing game results, or creating unofficial tala77 branded accounts or materials is strictly prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, tala77 is not liable for any of the following losses arising from your use of the Platform:

tala77 collects the minimum personal data required to operate the Platform legally and effectively. Your information is not sold or shared with third parties for advertising purposes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
